This is a residential course and include Dormitory Accommodation, Breakfast & evening Meal Saturday and Breakfast Sunday
This is a 20 hour Course for those who wish to teach Sombo to Schools Level. The course will be over a Friday 7pm till 10pm, Saturday 10am till 8.30pm, Sunday 10am till 5pm it suitable for Novices and experience players as well. The Course will consist of Students learning:
SOMBO
1) How to Fall
2) How to perform and demonstrate 4 throws
3) How to perform and demonstrate 4 ground holds
4) How to perform and demonstrate an arm lock and leg lock
5) Basic rules of Sombo
6) Defence and counter moves
7) Health and Safety
Sport CombatSombo
1) How to Fall
2) How to perform and demonstrate 4 throws
3) How to perform and demonstrate 4 ground holds
4) How to perform and demonstrate an arm lock, leg lock, Strangle and choke
5) Basic rules of Sport CombatSombo
6) Defence and counter moves
7) Health and Safety
The Course will cost £120 which includes examination fees and accommodation
